If you look at the striping of the ground it looks like a tank firing a weapon perpendicular (left to right) to the camera out of view and somoneone added a CGI craft. Whatever it is it looks damn cool.
Around the :21 second mark, you see that the "gun" fires so many shots (I counted 6 muzzle flashes) before it scored a "hit" -- do you know of any projectiles that move that slow? Even if the first 5 missed, there should have been the same explosions and smoke puffs as the other rounds fired along the line you noted.
Next, check the frames around the :24 second mark, just as the "UFO" approaches the large cloud. There is another smaller cloud to the right; just above that and to the right, you can see another aircraft in three consecutive frames appear from out of the background and move upward from right to left until it leaves the frame straight above the small cloud. Immediately after that, another massive explosion goes off right below the "UFO", obscuring it completely. I theorize that the aircraft flew above that position and dropped another bomb at that spot.
I suspect that this video is actually an attack helicopter or slow-moving plane (an A-10, perhaps?) coming from the left side of the scene, which made a strafing run from left to right along the line you identified, then circled around toward the back before overflying the target and dropping another large bomb.
